▶ Is there separate screening process required to become a Business Member?
Anyone can sign up for the Shakalaka app without any separate screening process.
However, Business Member pricing and exclusive benefits are only applied after purchasing the SHAKALAKA BIZ PLAN.
Standard members can also purchase items at prices close to business rates by subscribing to the CLUB Membership.

▶ What’s the difference between the Friends and Club memberships?
Friends is the default membership applied upon sign-up, while Club is an annual subscription membership that offers a 20% discount on all products for one year upon subscription.
▶ What’s the difference between Biz Pro and Biz Elite?
Both tiers offer wholesale pricing, a 1-piece MOQ, product images, and dropshipping benefits.
However, Biz Pro provides a 6-month credit validity period, while Biz Elite offers a 1-year validity period and allows unused credits to be carried over for a certain period.
▶ When does the business member pricing take effect?
Business pricing is applied once your Shakalaka Biz Plan (International Wholesale Plan) purchase is confirmed—either upon successful card payment or verification of bank transfer.
▶ Can unused credits be carried over?
Unused credits can be carried over (roll-over) for up to 180 days for Biz Elite members only.
Carryover is not available for Biz Pro members.
▶ Can I order all products starting from just one piece?
For Friends and Club members, the default MOQ is 2 pieces.
With a Biz Plan (Biz Pro / Biz Elite), most products can be ordered from just one piece per style.
However, some brands may still require a 2-piece MOQ based on their own policies.
▶ Can I receive product images to use for selling?
Biz Pro and Biz Elite members are granted access to product images.
Details will be provided upon request after purchasing a plan.
▶ Are products always in stock?
Many products are not held as standing inventory, so stock availability is confirmed after an order is placed.다
▶ Are order terms consistent across all brands on Shakalaka?
No. MOQ, inventory handling, and cancellation/return policies may vary depending on the brand.
▶ How does the ordering process work?
Sign up → Purchase a Business Plan or Club Membership → Select products → Place an order request and make the initial deposit (1st payment) → Stock confirmation and final cost recalculation → Pay the remaining balance (2nd payment) → Product inspection → Shipment
